Green Bean Recipe with Garlic

  • Green Bean with Garlic recipe
    1 pound green beans, trimmed and snapped in half
  • 3 Tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/8 tsp lemon-pepper seasoning
  • salt to taste

Place beans in a large skillet and cover with water, bring to boil. Simmer 3-5 minutes.  Drain and return to skillet. Add butter and garlic and cook 3-5 minutes more. Season with lemon-pepper and salt before serving.  Serves 4.
