We have a sticky fly trap in the kitchen, but today I found a mouse stuck to it.  Outside I poured vegetable oil on him where he was stuck and he came right off.  Not happy, but alive.   Gotta buy a new flytrap.

The whole chive patch is starting to blossom. They are beautiful light purple fuzz-balls on foot-long edible stems.  The blossoms are pretty in salads, and edible, too.
